Patient Participation Group

The High Oak Surgery Patient Representation Group (PRG) has been in existence for several years. It acts as a sounding board for ideas to improve services delivered at the practice.

The surgery is also an active member of the Brierley Hill and Amblecote PCN Patient Participation Group which meets quarterly to discuss our primary care health services for the local community as a whole.

Mission statement

To provide a working partnership between patients and GPs to build on the quality of services provided within High Oak Surgery and the community.

Aims and objectives

  • to provide a forum for patients to make suggestions about the practice and health care needs
  • to develop pathways for dissemination of health information and literature to patients of the practice

We need new members to join our Patient Participation Groups. We are looking for patients from all age groups and backgrounds.

  • Thursday 27th February, 11am-1pm.

Parking is available on site and refreshments will be provided.
