High Oak SurgeryThe first GP Education session will take place on Tuesday 11th May.
The Urgent Treatment Centre will cover the period between 16:30 until 18:30. All patients contacting practices during this time period will be triaged by NHS111 and if appropriate an appointment can be booked via NHS111 at the UTC. This cover does not provide home visit during core hours.
